Situated on a quiet street just 2 minutes walk from the main plaza and 1 minute from the bakery, we find our fabulous town house. Traditional wooden double doors take us directly into the lounge, where we find a log burner. As with many town houses, they are very long and around 3.5 m wide. This is no exception and the lounge flows through to a large dining kitchen with an adjacent bathroom with shower over bath, sink and toilet. Wow, what a fabulous place to chill, relax, dine or top up the tan. Beautifully set out by the present owner with a pergola for shade, this really is a great space and offers far-reaching views. At 10 m x 3.5 m this truly is a great roof terrace but not the only one at this property.

We return to the hall and to the other side of the house and find a huge master bedroom with a study area and a door leading to a private roof terrace, smaller than the rear terrace but still sufficient space for dining and relaxing.

Other points to note, Teulada is a popular Spanish town with many amenities right on your door step, including a Consum Supermarket, pharmacy, municipal swimming pool (4 minutes walk), bars, restaurants, shops and more. There are two schools, padel courts and train station for the line that runs from Denia to Benidorm and onwards to Alicante. At the end of July the street has its own annual fiesta with a paella cooking competition, music, dancing, fireworks and lots lots more! Teulada town has its own 12-day fiesta shortly after Easter.

The beach at Moraira is only a 7-minute drive, and Javea and Calpe can be reached in just under 20 minutes. Alicante airport is just under an hour.
