Moving outside, a gently sloping path takes us up to the 7x4m swimming pool and terrace and further up a shaded terrace with seating area. The views of the Montgo mountain from here are wonderful, and this area gets sunshine all day, it being south facing.
Other points of interest include, central heating from a 1500 litre oil tank in the garden, car port is double width, parking for 4 cars, mosquito blinds on Windows throughout most of the villa, satellite TV dish, no air conditioning units, but they can be easily installed. Windows are single glazed so may benefit from an upgrade but are in good condition. The plot size is generous at 984m2 and with a build size of 152m2 there should be some scope to extend if desired. Usually the maximum is 20% of plot size. Built in 1968.
