Location location! A fabulous beautifully reformed 3 bedroom finca on a flat plot just 5 minutes walk from Jalon centre and all amenities, yet in a quiet tranquil setting with mountain views.

A few minutes walk or 1-minute drive from Jalon we arrive at the beautiful finca on the road to the Sierra Bernia and Maserof mountain areas. Having parked on the large driveway behind a sliding gate, we take in the beauty of this finca and its tranquil surroundings. This is a wonderful space with traditional arched beamed ceilings, ceiling fan and a log burner. The lounge flows through to the dining room and country style kitchen which is fitted with modern appliances including gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is also a classic but closed well feature to the left-hand side. From the kitchen we find another incredible set of traditional oak wooden doors opening out onto the narrow rear courtyard which loops round to the parking area.

From the kitchen we go down a step and into a hallway, here we find ourselves behind the large double doors mentioned earlier at the front entrance. Off the hall is a bathroom with shower and WC and, as is often traditional in Spain, the washing machine is housed in a corner here. At the end of the hall, we have a bedroom with a certain Wow factor! Exposed stone walls and beamed ceilings make this room extra special and give you that country living feel not always found in properties of this type.

Returning to the dining area we ascend the stairs, and before we go into the master bedroom, at the top, to our right is a door leading out onto a terrace offering fabulous views across Jalon to the distant mountains and of the garden and pool below. Turning 360 degrees, we can view the lower slopes of the Sierra Bernia mountains to our rear. The huge master bedroom again has a lovely country feel and a Juliet balcony from the windows. There is a hand basin and air conditioning in the room. Adjacent is a bathroom with bath and shower over. The third bedroom is a double but presently accommodates two single beds, there are fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and air conditioning, these are all hot and cold inverter units. Great for summer and winter months.

A real bonus here for an investor looking for income is the finca already has its own Tourist licence. This area is incredibly popular with walkers and cyclists touring the area. The local cycling cafe is but a 3 minute walk and Jalon's famous Saturday rastro market is a ten-minute walk. Jalon is a very popular village with many nationalities, it has a great selection of bars, bodegas and restaurants. There is a large Mas y Mas supermarket in the village and many other local shops. A large My Mercat supermarket is due to open later in the year.

Jalon is a wonderful place to live or go on holiday, just 20 minutes drive from Calpe or Moraira beaches and 1 hour 10 minutes from Alicante airport.
