Returning to the house we find two good sized double bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes. One corner of the double wardrobe houses the new electric heating boiler but there is still plenty of space beside it for clothes hanging.

Both bedrooms share an adjacent family bathroom with shower over bath and a cupboard with plumbing for a washing machine. The bath has seen better days and would benefit from a refit.

Other points of interest include, french doors to naya are double glazed, other windows are not and some or all would benefit from replacing. Community fees are 600 euros per annum and the pool is presently having a major refit to be ready for next season. It has a large adult pool and a separate children's pool and plenty of terrace areas for sun loungers. The house is situated very close to all amenities and even the nearest beach is walking distance, Moraira center is under 5 minutes drive. There are grills and persiana shutters and some windows have mosquito blinds. For the golfers there is the Ifach golf club less than 5 minutes drive away.
