A five minute drive from Moraira centre on the main road to Calpe brings us to the villa. We can park on one of two driveways, one with a carport.

Back at the poolside terrace, there is a metal spiral staircase to the side of the villa leading to a roof terrace offering partial views of the Calpe Ifach and sea towards Moraira. The vendor has been advised it may be possible to build upwards from this level subject to planning permission.

Other points of interest include persiana shutters and grills, mosquito blinds, the closest beach La Galera Cala Andrago is a 20 minutes walk or a 3 minute drive, a supermarket nearby and many amenities. Moraira centre is a 5 minute drive.
