We go down a few steps to access the self-contained apartment below the main villa. This has a larger-than-average lounge for such accommodation, a kitchenette and two bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower unit. This whole area is not presently used by the current owner hence being shown empty in the photos but was previously a great space for when family visited. Outside the apartment, there is a garden area with fruit trees and Mediterranean plants. Two different sets of steps from here lead us back to the driveway or to the pavement.
